This course came at a perfect time for me. With my little one starting school the Mum guilt has been constant, all of the thoughts on what I should have done differently while he was home with me and how quickly the time passes. I have been feeling sad, stressed out and like a bad Mother. This course has really made me stop and think about my negative thoughts and emotions and has taught me that I am in charge of changing them and how I feel.
I cant wait to put the tools I am learning from this course into practice to change my thoughts (massive overthinker) and emotions to become a happier person. I highly recommend. Thank you Kat.
